This is an article from the COGJW which although separate from the NCPOG, they fully agree on the interpretation of the child expressed as a deer who came from Heaven. The WMSCOG insists it is Jang Gil-Ja, when in reality, it represents the saints believing in the “New Covenant”. I never heard of there being a double meaning to this where it isn’t “Mother”, but if the WMSCOG told members that it was it would make the interpretation of it being mother be less unreasonable. I also heard it specifically said Mother was 12 years old like Jesus was 12 in the book of look, but it turns out that it is just a bunch a bologna some members added and propagated as a result of confirmation bias. Here is the original article in the link below.

I hope to thoroughly address the issue of the "child" this time. Please read the following four sections in order and compare them. You will find that these texts are not unrelated. The preface of the 1960 book "Message to the Laodicean Church" originated from a vision seen during the Korean War. Over time, the mystical experience based on this vision gradually shifted to a more scripture-focused narrative, eventually appearing as the preface in the book "Message to the Laodicean Church." Therefore, the meaning of the "child" must be comprehensively reviewed across all four sections to draw a conclusion.
To fully summarize the controversial issue of the "child," please carefully read the four sections below and understand their interrelationships. Although it may be tedious, please read all four sections thoroughly. Notice how the expression of the vision seen during the Korean War changed over time. While the content remained the same, the way it was expressed evolved. The same applies to the expression of the "child." The "child" in all four sections carries the same meaning, though the expressions differ slightly.
<Material 1> The Vision I Saw During the Korean War
In early January 1953, I suddenly saw the earth experiencing earthquakes from all directions. The earth was moving away from the sun, and as it did, the sunlight diminished until the sun appeared only as a large star. The moon also ceased to shine. I thought this was the end of the world and was deeply troubled by my inadequacies. After this vision, I felt my own shortcomings and diligently studied the Bible. Under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, I was shown the important task of preparing for the Lord's Second Coming.
Later, on the night of May 17, 1953, I saw a continuation of the previous vision. The earth was drifting endlessly through a dark universe, and I feared it would collide with something and shatter. In the distance, a large sphere appeared and gradually came closer, resembling the earth we live on. On one side, a large city like Jerusalem appeared, and the earth stopped moving. People began measuring the land, claiming it as their own. I saw that God's people, who should be heading to the heavenly kingdom, were too attached to the world and material possessions.
Next, I saw a beautifully colored heavenly deer fall to the ground. A person dressed in white caught the deer and gave it to me. I thought, "Since I received it freely, I should give it freely," and passed it to someone else. It then transformed into a child who walked in front of me, and I followed. From the clouds, a figure like the Son of Man shone a bright beam of light onto the earth, which was in deep darkness. The light shone everywhere, but no one reflected it. Finally, the light shone on the child and me.
Later, in early August 1954, I saw many chickens. The large chickens were sickly and drowsy, while the young chicks were lively and energetic. When I fed them coarse rice, the old chickens remained drowsy, but the chicks flew over to eat. I worried if the chicks could digest the coarse rice.
Chickens always play the role of announcing the dawn. In the vision, the chickens represented today's Adventists. The message is that church leaders (old chickens) may not accept it well, but laypeople (young chicks) who thirst for truth will gladly receive it.
<Material 2> The Opening of the Seven Thunders (Published in 1955)
Beloved brothers and sisters, I cannot remain silent about the word God has given me. I present the mystery of the Seven Thunders, urging you to examine the recorded words with a serious heart. Those who love truth and have strong faith will believe that God will open the eyes of their hearts.
This word is not from me, nor learned from anyone, but only from our Lord Jesus Christ, who shone the light of glory upon me. When He shone this light, the whole world appeared as a dark night, and His light shone everywhere, but no one received it. Finally, He shone it on me and another person, who was still a child. This person will appear after me when the time comes. The mystery of the Seven Thunders, hidden in the Bible, was testified by many prophets and seen in the visions of Mrs. White, who prophesied a fundamental reform movement among God's people.

<Material 3> Preface to the Draft of "Message to the Laodicean Church" (Sermon Notes, circa 1958)
I wish to convey what God has shown me and what the Holy Spirit has spoken. Do not take it lightly but examine it with the heart of a child eager to learn.
